How to Make a Reservation

  • QHow can I make a reservation?

    Reservations can be made through the Hotel Ishikaze website you are visiting.
    Reservations can be made online 24 hours a day. Please refer to the "Reservations" page.
    Reservations can also be made by phone or fax (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.). (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.)

  • QIs there a cutoff date for reservations?

    A

    Reservations must be made by the morning of the day you wish to make your appointment.For reservations made by phone, the deadline is the afternoon of the day.
    For inquiries about same-day reservations, please call the inn directly.

  • QHow do I change or cancel an appointment?

    A

    If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please be sure to call the inn.
    Please refer to the cancellation fee schedule in the "Rooms" page.

Accommodations

  • QDo you have any Internet-only accommodation plans?

    Hotel Ishikaze is proud to offer special accommodation plans for a limited time only.
    Please see the "Accommodation Reservation" page.

  • QCan I stay with my child?

    A

    Children's rates are 70% for children 6 to 12 years old and 50% for children 3 to under 6 years old.
    The fee for children under 3 years old is 3,240 yen (tax included) as a facility fee.
    Meals are charged separately.

  • QCan I choose my room?

    We offer a special Internet-only accommodation plan with a choice of rooms.

    By car: 15 minutes after exiting the Ichinomiya-Misaka I.C. on the Chuo Expressway (see "Access" page).
    By train: 15 minutes on foot from Ishiwaonsen Station on the JR Chuo Line.
    *Please call us from Ishiwaonsen Station and we will pick you up.
